Location very good.

Room and particularly bathroom needs updating

The breakfast options were delicious and varied.

There was a stale smoke smell lingering in the room.

Staff and location, quiet hotel!

And adjacent to downtown as well as Canada. I enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant.

Modern looking and clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is fine. Staff is efficient and you can park your car on site. Plus, the location is incredible, minutes from Vancouver Downtown.

I admired the charming decor of Century Plaza Hotel. The common areas were not only spacious but also thoughtfully designed was nice.

Slightly noisy from the surrounding city.

I loved relaxing by the heated swimming pool and enjoying some time in the steam room after a long day. The only hiccup was a bit of a wait for hot water, but overall, it was a great experience, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy getaway 😊

Breakfast good but not cheap

Excellent room, quiet bed and good bathroom. Great location at a medium distance from Vancouver Public Library.

Room was spacious and clean. Wi-Fi was slow at times.

The central location is unbeatable. Our room was on the upper floors as requested. View fantastic. Fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was huge with sleeping area and living area.

Great view, balcony, living area with kitchen, breakfast was very good, super friendly staff, suitcase storage after check out very obliging. getting a big taxi to the airport worked perfectly and on time

Street noise was also very audible on the 23rd floor, windows were simple and single glazed

The kitchenettes in each room kick up the convenience factor, perfect for whipping up late-night snacks. Location-wise, being in the heart of the city means easy access to shops and entertainment.

Noise levels can be a real issue. Sirens from nearby emergency services are hard to ignore. Some amenities, like the pool, are poorly lit and give off a neglected vibe, which doesn't match the expectations for a hotel of this stature. It seriously lacks charm. The decor in rooms feels outdated and tired, with carpets that could've had a better clean-and the wardrobe space might as well be nonexistent with just a few hangers to my name.

Great view outside from the Suite Room on the 16 floors. Fabulous!

The location being on one of the main streets of Downtown it was quite convenient.

No free internet access. The room service was poor, in spite of the 'no disturb' card on the door the room was serviced. The coffee tray was never replenished, the kitchen and the used crockery/cutlery was not replaced with washed clean ones, as there was no dishwasher provided one expected the dirty dishes to be replaced.

We explored nearby parks and checked out local shops. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were tidy and comfy. Loved the delicious breakfast options. The location made it easy to walk around, and having Tim Hortons nearby was a big hit!

The only downside was that the room got a bit too hot, and we had to rely on the A/C to cool down, which seemed like a waste of energy.
