The location was magnificent and incredible, not very far from Vancouver Downtown. the hotel was in a central area, near Hop-on-hop-off buses, restaurants and shopping and transportation. - the staff were cooperative and amiable.

And adjacent to downtown as well as Canada. I enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant.

Excellent room, quiet bed and good bathroom. Great location at a medium distance from Vancouver Public Library.

The central location here was great, plus all the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Modern looking and clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is fine. Staff is efficient and you can park your car on site. Plus, the location is incredible, minutes from Vancouver Downtown.

Great view, balcony, living area with kitchen, breakfast was very good, super friendly staff, suitcase storage after check out very obliging. getting a big taxi to the airport worked perfectly and on time

Street noise was also very audible on the 23rd floor, windows were simple and single glazed

This place is centrally located and only a short walk from Robson Street, with outstanding service and delicious food.

The central location is unbeatable. Our room was on the upper floors as requested. View fantastic. Fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was huge with sleeping area and living area.

The location, spacious room, relatively low parking costs, price-performance ratio

This place is situated in a wonderful location near Robson Street, close to the beach, the Museum, and shops as well as Yaletown restaurants.

Convenient location near a subway station, exactly what we were looking for! Got a room with cooking facilities, which was a great plus 🍳.

The location being on one of the main streets of Downtown it was quite convenient.

No free internet access. The room service was poor, in spite of the 'no disturb' card on the door the room was serviced. The coffee tray was never replenished, the kitchen and the used crockery/cutlery was not replaced with washed clean ones, as there was no dishwasher provided one expected the dirty dishes to be replaced.

Great view outside from the Suite Room on the 16 floors. Fabulous!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were outstanding and the lounge and dining room were beautiful and comfortable. The menu and beverages were at a perfect price point. The hotel had a fantastic selection for happy hour. Our room was a 1 bed suite with a fabulous view, spacious and comfortable. Parking was reasonably priced. This will become my go-to hotel for both business and pleasure in this city.
